My form is not working on iPhone

Criei um formulário de pedidos OnLine, porém verifiquei que nos aparelhos IPHONE só é possível preencher os campos de informações, e na lista dos itens, que devem ser marcados e escolher a quantidade, no IPHONE quando se toca na tela para marcar, ele corre para o início do formulário e não marca o item selecionado. Fiz o teste em 2 aparelhos diferentes e o erro acontece em ambos. Podem me ajudar?

If I understood you correctly when you select option from dropdown field on one of your products, your form jumps to the top and that number you selected is not shown.

I have tested your form on Samsung Galaxy S4 and on iPhone 5 simulator and I could not reproduce mentioned issue. Form did not jump to the top and I was able to select number form dropdown field.

Can you please tell us which specific devices are you using? Did you maybe embedded your form to the website? If so please provide us URL of your website so that we can test your form there.
