By members, do you mean the user who fill the forms or are there additional people who you want to receive a copy of the form submissions?
If you want the form fillers to receive a copy of their data you can set up autoresponder emails
If the intended members are not the ones filling the forms you can use the normal notification emails
the put multiple email addresses in the recipient field as shown in the example below
Note each email is separated with a comma and a space i.e mail1@domain.com, mail2@domain.com
If you member emails are many you can consider using a mailing list for faster delivery
