I am not receiving emails when forms are completed online.

    I see that there is no issue with the email address used for notifications. I've tried submitting one of your JotForms and see that the email is sent successfully from our end.

    If you are referring to your Jotform titled Pay Online, I see that the last submission received on 29th June. As I tried to submit this Payment form, it redirected to PayPal without any issue. I notice that there some incomplete payments that you may need to look at. Please refer to the guide with FAQs on Incomplete payments.
