How can we clone a form into our account from any URL?

Hi. I followed your instructions to clone an existing form. After entering the url I click on continue and it says, "generating form" but it never completes the generation. What must I do to get the final form? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the link.
I have tried using the same steps as shown in the guide and it seems to be working fine for me.
This is the imported form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/52226197618965
If you wish, you can clone my form to your account using the same steps as you saw in the guide, or you can clone the form from the website you have given us the link for.
If you have any further issues, do let us know and we would be happy to assist.

Athena61Answered on August 12, 2015 at 04:05 AMWow. Thank you!
In order to be able to use the form, I must adjust the text margins to make
the form wider rather than longer.
Can you tell me how I might do this please? I've tried clicking and
dragging on text boxes but that doesn't work.
I appreciate it.

@Athena6
Since these are really design issues and this thread is about cloning a form into your account, I've created a separate thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/636345
The issues to which you have referred will shortly be addressed there.
Thanks
