Empty matrix fields with textbox or dropdown or numeric input types are not hidden in submissions view and in PDF submission

Asked by SFGH on August 11, 2015 at 12:20 PM

When someone submits a form to us, many unfilled boxes show up when turned into a pdf.

How do we hide these boxes in the form submission?

Generally, the option Auto Hide Empty Fields in submissions view should hide the fields that are not filled in. However, it seems that the issue is existing with matrix fields on certain input types. I am able to replicate the issue that you are experiencing with your JotForm.

I'm forwarding the issue to our backend team to take a look. You'll be posted through this thread once we have any update on the issue.

    Thank you!
