Why don't I get the form back when someone filled it and pressed the "send" button?

I just made a form for membership in an association.

So I tried it myself, filled in correctly all fields and pressed "send".

his was yesterday and I am still waiting for the backcoming form...

Same thing happened this morning when I tried it again.

What kind of mistake do I make?

    Can you please help me?

Can you send this to your hosting provider and ask them what can be done to receive the emails?

JotForm should at least attempt to resend mail as Greylisting is a temporary deferral and an extremely valid form of spam blocking that is in action on thousands of servers.  We have it as a stock feature built into PLESK.
