How many sub user accounts am I allowed to have?

We currently have the economy plan. While we will never need 10,000 monthly submissions, we are almost at our limit (10) with sub user accounts. Do the new plans have the same number of accounts (i.e. Economy=Silver?)

As seen on the Pricing page the Professional account is allowed to have up to 100 sub user accounts.

OK, so if we need 15 or 20 sub-user accounts, our only option is to upgrade to the Professional? The number of sub-user accounts for the new plans does not change after Aug 15, correct?
