My form is not loading correctly

    Not sure why, but every few days my page does not load correctly.

    I have tested your form and it is loading correctly on my end. 

    Did you maybe embedded your form to website? If so, please provide us URL or your website.

    Maybe your network connection was slow and because of that your form was not load correctly.

    I can suggest you to clear your form cache and browser cache. You can also try with different browser.

    Correction, when I view my submissions, http://www.jotform.com/submissions/51936895369172, the page does not load properly. All the test is to the left of the page and when I scroll down the page it is mostly a grey page.

     

    I cleared the form and browser cache without success.

    I have login to your account and checked submissions page and it is loading correctly.

    Did you try with different browser? Can you also provide us a screenshot how do you see submission page on your end?
