How can I provide individual information for every customer?

Currently, we have a contract template that we just email a pdf copy via email that I put together on my desktop through a PDF editor. We would like an online contract with an e-signature to make it more convenient for our customers. Each contract is specific to each customer. Having them enter their own information is fine, but I do not trust a customer to add their own food and beverage minimum. How would I be able to customize a food and beverage minimum for a specific customer before they e-sign a contract?

    Hi,

To get you started, here are some templates for contract forms:

    https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/search/contract

You can also have them sign the contract in the form using one of the signature widgets:

    http://widgets.jotform.com/search/signature

After it is all set up, you can set the fields you would not like them to be able to edit to "read-only" so that your clients cannot make changes to those fields.  You can then create a URL to the form, specific to the client that pre-fills the form.  There is an application to assist you in doing so:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters

    http://prepopulate.jotform.io/

This would fill in the fields for them ahead of time.

If you have any questions regarding any of this or need any help setting something up along the way, let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

Since I have to create specific information for each situation, would I have to create a new URL every time?

Would I be able to use the same template I create each time I create a new URL?

If I have to create a new URL every time, then can I get them to save to the same folder in our google drive?

Yes, you would need to create a new URL each time.  With the app, you need only fill in the fields you would like pre-filled and it will create the specific URL for you.

Would I be able to use the same template I create each time I create a new URL?

Yes, you will use the same form, just with different URL's to the same form.  For example:

    This is a form

    http://www.jotform.com/form/10565343954

This is that same form but with fields pre-filled

    http://www.jotform.com/form/10565343954?fullName[prefix]=Dr.&fullName[first]=John&fullName[middle]=Doe&fullName[last]=Smith&fullName[suffix]=M.D.&selections30=Pillow&media=Internet&address=Katipunan,ZN%207109,%20Philippines

There is extra data that can be added to the end of the URL to fill in the form fields.

If I have to create a new URL every time, then can I get them to save to the same folder in our google drive?

Since you are using the same form for all your clients, all integrations and such will be forwarded to the same locations.  Submission data will be collected all in one place.
