Deleted forms

Hello, somehow my two forms I created on the jotform site were deleted. However, I did not do this. Are they recoverable? Also, is there some sort of setting that deletes forms after a certain period of time automatically?

If the forms were in fact deleted they will be in the Trash section of your account. Please take a look at my picture below. If they are in the trash folder they can be recovered.
