Incomplete payments from PayPal form

    You have created a support ticket with us but I do not have any information as to what problem you are having. Could you please respond back and elaborate as to what your problem is.

    created a jotform and we are receiving submissions however payments are not being collected.

    I checked your most recent form and it looks like you do indeed have several incomplete payments:

    Make sure you have the correct PayPal email address entered in the payment field settings and that your PayPal account can accept payments.  You may also need to enable IPN in your PayPal account:

    If the people filling out your form are closing the PayPal window without completing the transaction, that will also show as an incomplete payment.
