How to create an AutoResponder?

    HI we added the email autoresponder and filled out the form and an email was not received.  we want them to get a copy of their submissions, not just a confirmation the form was submitted.

    The Autoresponder E-mail message should contains the submission data as well.

    I checked your jotform and I see no issue with the Autoresponder Email on the form. The email message that form respondents received contains the submission data in the message.

    Please do take note that your form is a Payment form. 

    The auto email will only be sent if the form respondent successfully completed the payments.
