In one of our forms, our group is divided into teams.
We want to be able to capture each team separately in a PDF.
Could you please let us know if there is any way to do this by "filtering that category"? Or even if there is a way to select which submissions we want to include and then hit something like "Generate PDF" which keeps them altogether.

Unfortunately we do not have this feature yet on the PDF Reports.
As is now, there is no means to customized the output PDF Report of the submission data.
There is a way to 'filter' which submissions data will be on a report -- but the filtering refers only to the date range.

the workaround I can suggest is to create separate forms instead for each team... you will then be able to create PDF Reports for each form, so they are separate reports for each team.

I was made aware by our developer that it is actually possible to generate PDF Report base on pre-selected submissions only.
Example using your form http://www.jotform.us/form/52004755433146 submission data. You can generate PDF report base on the team or group only.
You can pre-select the individual submission for the specific team and group them when the report is generated.
In the submission grid, make sure to hold press the CTRL keyboard + left-click on each submission row you wanted to be included and grouped on the report.
