    when i try to change to https:// and my background images is gone on designer mode, and same results on facebook and preview page.

    I wonder if there is a live example that someone used an external image and embed it on facebook.

    do you have another ideas to make it work? or maybe any chance the support team can test it the integration with external background and facebook?

    Hello eldare1,

    With which form you are having this issue with. I did test your last edited form by changing the form/page background image to https and did not find any issue with that. It does display the images correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

    ashwin the problem is with the form that have external background

    I have problem when I try to publish my form in facebook.

    when I design the form on jotform designer its look like this:

    and after I publish it on facebook its look like this:

    You can download the image the upload it to jotform, this will allow you to link to it using the HTTPS URL,

    use this link to upload the image the copy the URL and replace it in your CSS where you have specified the image background

    Thank sammy! the problem was the url I used to set the background

    the new url that works:

    'https://cms.jotform.com/uploads/image_upload/image_upload/remaxmychoice/34317_izp9ox.jpg'

    any idea how can I center the image on the facebook tab?
