    I am trying to downgrade my account

    Hi, 

    Case 1: If you want to downgrade your account to "premium", you can do it by following these instructions:

     

     a) Go to the Billing Section in My Account

    b) Click on the " premium " to downgrade then click " Switch Plan "as explained.

     

     

    Case 2: If you want to downgrade your account back to "free", you can do it by following these instructions:

     

    a) Go to the Billing Section in My Account

    b) Click on the " Free Plan " to downgrade then click " Cancel Subscription " as explained.

    I tried to downgrade your account as well, and I also had trouble downgrading. Even though it said the account is downgraded, when I refreshed the billing page, I see that you are still on the same plan. 

    So, I manually cancelled your subscription. You will not be charged again. If your intention was to switch to the Premium plan, you will need to re-upgrade your account. 

     

    I also created a bug report and send it to one of our developers. We will look into this.
