I want get back to the free plan again!
I need it next year again.
When i try to do it in the billing option. There comes a window, where i can put some text inside, to let you know why... but then the process stops

Sorry about the problem. I tried the steps and I also encountered the same problem.
It is getting stuck at the "Processing" step.
I have opened a bug ticket about this and assigned a developer to your case.
We will also cancel your paypal subscription on our end. Or you can also cancel your subscription from PayPal as well. Simply find the latest payment you made to us and then click on Cancel Subscription button.

I just checked the paypal subscription and I can confirm that your paypal subscription is cancelled. So, you will not be charged again.
