Why can I not see the submitted PDF forms on my profile?

    Good day,

    I created 3 forms and then converted them into fillable PDF forms. I then emailed the fillable PDF questionnaires to the individuals who were going to complete the forms. I have been told that at least 6 forms have been submitted, but I cannot see these submissions. Please could you assist?

    It's either a bug or an error to the user's end when submitting the fillable PDF. Please send the fillable PDF files to support@jotform.com so we can check that current version and test it to our end. 

    We can submit this to our developers if we can test your form and can't see the data in your form submissions list.

    So far, the fillable PDF's worked great when I download them from your account and test it.
