Hi there,
Wa are a conference company using these forms on daily basis. We used to use adobe forms and were forced to switch when they cvlosed down.We have slowly learned to format the forms (which is significantly more difficult than adobe forms). And we can just about manage, however managing responses is very difficult.
We include a lot of information for our speakers in the forms, however once they have been submitted we cannot share it with them. Even if we create a pdf with all headers the formating is all over the place, the responses are not obvious and not all fields are there. The response sheets look very unprofessional.
May I please ask you tro look at this function & help us solve these very important functionality problems.
Attached you will find a sample of one of the adobe submissions. Could you please help us achieve the same standards?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards
Laine

Unfortunately, we didn't receive your attachment. Please revisit your thread and attach or email it to us again. If it is an "image" then you may use our repository and our image insertion tool. But it is a "file" as sammy mentioned previously then you would need to email that to us at support@jotform.com in order for us to receive it.
