Some required fields are blank in email notifications

    Sometimes a required field is not filled yet the form will be submitted and an incomplete information is sent to my email.

    Also a question dependent on another question does not pop up even after a said condition is met.

    Finally my calculation(field "Total" in the picture attached) does not show on some people's computer.

    I checked your webpage and the require fields are working correctly. You cannot submit the form unless the require fields are filled up. The calculation is working as well for the Total field. I am using Google Chrome. If you were able to replicate the issue may we know what browser are you using?

    I cloned your form and did a test submission. The email notification are showing the fields properly.

    I also did a test submission from your webpage. The require fields must be completed in order for it to be submitted. Once I hit submit, I checked your mail logs and the fields are showing properly as well on that submission.

     

    Please try to re-embed the form using the Iframe method. This will prevent script conflicts between the web page scripts and JotForm scripts.
