How do I get auto-respond emails to my customer when they make an authorize.net payment?

Can I get auto response emails sent to my customers when they make payments using the authorize.net payment form? I would like it to include payment information such as the last four digits of the credit card and the transaction ID. 

You should be able to set it up by creating a regular Autoresponder.

Then, you can add payment labels and other info by following our guide on How to Strip Payment Labels and Separate Payment Info on Email Alerts.
