Hello, I recently encountered a bug on my account JordaMike88, in which I could not create new forms, so I created a new one : John167, and I noticed the bug was not present there. When I got back to the old account (JordanMike88), the bug was not there any more and I could create forms again. The only reason why I created 2 accounts was to see if the bug is present on both. You can delete my second account John167, email : email@example.com because I won't use it, but please reactivate my old account JordanMike88, email : firstname.lastname@example.org

Upon checking your account "JordanMike88" I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.
Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now.
We will surely help you delete your second account "John167". For security reasons we would request you to please sign in to John167 account and then send us the delete request, we will do the needful.
