Why is My Form is disappearing in Adobe Muse?

So basically I am creating a website in Adobe Muse. On one of the web pages I have a Featured News composition inside a tabbed pannel. I inserted the form inside the composition (which also has more than 1 tab). However, every time i move from the first tab to the second or third tab by clicking on it, the form disappears from the first tab... Why is this happening? 

If I am not mistaken I believe you mean that your form isn't displaying correctly on your Adobe Muse website.

If that doesn't help or you've done it already and this is now happening then would you possibly be able to share a link or some screenshots to show us what's going on? So we can investigate.
