Automated email reply isn't working

    I want to set up an automated email (autoresponder) but it won't allow me to select:

    Recipient Email: Email.

    Instead - it only gives me the option

    Recipient: "Please Select." (I can't click anything else)

    Hi,

    I checked your forms autoresponder and the issue is that there is not label for your autoresponder field.  If you click on "Please Select", then mouse over the area directly below it, you'll see that there are two selections that can be made but there is not text, due to there not being any labels.

    When I selected the second one I could mouse over, the very bottom of the list, I was able to get the autoresponder working:

    The recipient email will look blank, even though your field is selected.  Since there is no field label.  Though it will still work.

    The first blank entry you can mouse over will be your "Name" field, the second will be your email field.

    You could also add a label to your email field and hide the label with CSS.  If you would like to do it that way, let us know and we can help you remove the label.
