How do I change the email address the forms are being sent to?

    2 questions:


    I have a form embedded on a facebook page.

    The form is being sent to an address which we are going to close down and I want to change the address.

    how do I do it?



    Many people have signed to this form on my facbook page, do you keep a copy of the list of people or is it only in the email I got from JotForm when they registered?

    To change the address to which notifications of the form's submissions are sent, please do the following:

    1. Login to your JotForm account and click the My Forms button

    2. While either in the Main or All view of the My Forms page, click the row that has the form's name and then click its Edit button to load it into the builder/editor. (If the form is "tagged" as one of your favorites, it will also be listed in the Favorites view)

    As to your second query, although it's not a list per se, the registrants' email addresses can also be found in the form's submission records. You can view the records by going to the My Forms page, clicking the row that has the form's name and then clicking the Submissions button in the toolbar.
