Double submissions

    I have multiple instances of double submissions which is increasing my submission rate drastically.  Please fix this with my account and hopefully have it resolved moving forward.

    Hi Kirk,

    I test submitted the embedded form http://www.jotform.us/form/51788937091166 on your website.

    But so far I could not reproduced the double submission result yet. 

    I checked the form submissions, and I can see only 1 exist for my test submission.

    I did see some 2x existing submissions on your form. You can also delete them if you like to. 

    Go to the form's View Submission page and delete the duplicate submission. Just be careful in deleting the submission data -- as deleted submission are permanent and cannot be restored anymore.

    Please let us know if the issue still continue to happens consistently.
