    How do you re-set up the email that you want your filled out form to go to?

    We are providing an webpage for parents to sign up their children for Awana. Where do I go to check who is to receive the filled out form and how do I make changes if necessary. The later part will probably be obvious when I find out where to look.

    Form has its default notification. Here's a guide on how to change the recipient email of the notification: http://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications

    You can also manage the submissions data on your form submissions page. Here's how to view your form submissions http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions
