I get messages in all browsers that the site is dangerous, plus the pages won't load properly

    Hi,

    I use JotForms for marketing supply orders, and I love the product! For the past couple of weeks, however, I am unable to use the forms... I get messages in all browsers (IE, Firefox, and Chrome) that the site is "dangerous", plus the pages won't load with readable formatting. Help!

    I've been getting some kind of notification of malicious files.  Fortunately my trend micro software blocks it, but it's not very reassuring knowing that they have adware or something built into their site.

    Hi Jeanna,

    We have an issue with Trend Micro for the past two weeks, but the particular URL that is suspected to be a phishing link is already whitelisted and a lot had confirmed it's fixed.

    But maybe some of the other URL's are blocked again so I'd appreciate if you can send us the links here from your Trend Micro report. Our support forum cannot accept an inline image attachment so please post it as a URL instead or please follow our guide here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033.

    But we can assure everyone that the URL is safe and can be whitelisted. It's not an adware and it's not a phishing link, but a link that is related to our new features.
