One of my clients forms returns to her "undefined" but when i check submissions in my account all the info is there. I don't understand the problem. This is the first time this has happened. Please help.

I see the problem. It is your notification that only contains "undefined" message on the email body.
To resolve it, simply delete the existing notification and create a new one. That should resolve the problem.
