    Is there a way to only embed Page 2 of the form if I use a page break?

    I am creating a two page form that I would like the user to fill out on two separate web pages on my website. So when they fill out the first page of the form, the will be redirected to a new webpage that has that same form, but page 2 of the form. This way when it is submitted it has the info from both pages combined in the submission form sent to us.

    Unfortunately, that is not possible. You may consider using two forms instead and pass the first form data to the second form by utilizing our pre-population method.
