How can I set a validation such that a minimum of 3 characters need to be entered in a field?Asked by enterpriseforce on August 12, 2015 at 10:18 PM
Suppose I have a field name, and I want to set a minimum length to 3 characters and maximum to 40 characters.
Right now I see the option to set max allowed characters for a text field, but there is no option to set minimum required characters for a textfield.
Can you please me on this?
Unfortunately, you cannot set a minimum characters to a Textbox field. Instead of using the TextBox field, you can try to use the TextArea field in your form. Using the TextArea field will allow you to set a minimum and maximum limit that can be inputted by your user.
