Form-within-a-form: How can I get them both to submit?

Asked by switchboardllcnow on August 13, 2015 at 02:36 AM

    Hi!

When I pull a form into another form through an iFrame widget, I can't get the fields from both the iFrame form and the master form to submit. It's either one or the other, depending on which form the "Submit" button is placed. Is there a way to submit both forms with one Submit button? Or, worded differently: Can I somehow receive all the information from the parent and iframe forms at once?

    Quick and dirty test:

    Thanks,
    Ryan

    Hi,

Unfortunately, this is not applicable in JotForm. You may need to download the full source code of your form and add some scripts for this to work. You can check this article for more information: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13259843/submitting-formin-an-iframe-with-javascript.

Do let  us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.
