Not getting alerts of reviews in my email

    I have my email address attached to my account and I am assuming that when someone uses that form on our website, we should recieve an email. Is this not the case? Is there a way to set that up? I use Jotform for a review link on our website. It would be great if they can go to my email instead of me having to log in on Jotform. Thanks for your response. Danielle 971-645-9685

    Your email was on the bounce list, I have gone ahead and removed it, kindly test your form to see if the notifications are coming through
