Upgraded to Wrong Subscription

    I did pay for an annual premium package by mistake. I want to use a monthly payment plan. I demand a refund of the amount wrongly taken . Thank you.

    I am seeing that you have cancelled your subscription. I have completed the cancellation on our end and refunded the last payment made of $90, please do allow 4-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. 

    Your account is has now been switched to our "Free" plan. Please try to purchase the correct plan now. Please do make sure that you are purchasing the monthly subscription before proceeding.
