Listen Guys --
I have been posting and e-mailing regarding this issue for a few days now....no one has helped. I need a form operational ASAP -- and I have had little support....there are tons of glitches with JotForm.
I am trying to edit a form in the designer -- but it is saying I am not authorized to edit this form. It is my form "MAILED INC. -- ITEMIZED CUSTOMER COSTS." When I am able to edit the form -- it is not OUR form that we are able to edit.....It looks like a Jot Form Template.
Can someone please take a few minutes out of their day to test this for me and tell me how to do it ? Using JotForm has been extremely difficult due to the glitches and limitations....the least I can get someone to actually test something that I e-mail about......There has been a ton of issues since our transition.

The only thing that I suspect that is causing you the problems is that you are registered as a guest account (guest_50355700672047) before you upgrade to Economy Plan. To fix this, I would suggest creating an account at www.jotform.com/signup and let us know your username so we can move the forms as well as your subscription. After that, you should be able to edit the form without that authorization error.
