When we signed on with JotForm, I had another individual set it up for me and we can't find the username & password information. How do we retrieve it?

You can reset your password in order to gain access to your account. Click the the "Login" button at the top right and then click the "Forgot Password" link.
After that, you can enter the username or email and then click the "Send Reset Instructions" button.
If you still can't find it, please let us know. Although, we need to have the form ID/ URL or the webpage where the form is embedded. We can also search our database using your email address to look for the accounts or guest accounts associated to your email.
