Upload to Dropbox fail

    Hi

I've noticed that some content doesn't come to our dropbox folder, even when that "PDF receipt/summary" shows that the client's files upload was accomplished. The majority of time this happens, I am able to download the files from jotform server. But, in some cases, there is no file there neither in our dropbox.

Another question is about the thumbnails shown at that "pdf summary" after the upload was accomplished and sent to us. Why some thumbnails are not visible? As a fine art printing studio, these thumbnails help us a lot (when it works).  The screenshot attached shows these both situations: a) one of the 5 files uploaded I had to download from jotform's server, and

    b) there is no thumbnails for the image files uploaded...

    Hi,

Upon checking your account, it seems like you have already reached your upload storage limit. This might be one reason why the files were not successfully uploaded. To free up your storage limit, you'll need to delete submissions with file uploads on them, please take note that when you delete them, it is irreversible and we cannot recover them.

But to further check, could you share us the file link where you are unable to download the file? If the files were not uploaded to JotForm, I believe it won't be transferred to the Dropbox folder. I also checked your website and you embedded the form using the default embed code, it's possible that there's a script code conflict that caused the problem, you could try using the iFrame embed code to avoid this.

For the issue about the thumbnails, I opened a separate thread so that we can discuss it better, please refer to this link instead: http://www.jotform.com/answers/637529. We will address it shortly.
