Hi, our "Package Log" form is made to directly e-mail student using the "Autoresponse" feature. This was working 100% correctly for the past few months. Just recently it hasn't been sending out the e-mails that we need. I used to form the way it was created to double check everything, I was just wanting to know if there has been a maintenance issue that we are not aware of.

I took a look at your form and its autoresponder Cody, and I think that I see the issue:
Now I set it to email@example.com for you, so it should now work properly.

Thank you Ben for taking a look at our form. We use this daily but unfortunately it is still not working. I'm checking with our I.T. Department to see if it is an issue with our network.

BUT when I check my email, I see this problem on the Autoresponder Email message.
It seems the Autoresponder Email template had been corrupted and is not working properly.
To fix this, you just need to reset the Autoresopnder email template by creating a new one.
Add a new Autoresonder using the Add New Email button in the Email Alert.
After creating the new Autoresponder, you can check and test the email by submitting the form.

Our college has recently been hit with phishing attacks and tons of spam. I'm starting to think our IT has recently blocked Jotform e-mails from being sent to our students. If possible, could I have a listing of emails that are sent from jotform? I know of the firstname.lastname@example.org and of email@example.com. Are there any others to allow?

Unfortunately we don't have this issue fixed yet. I believe its due to a delay in our IT department. As soon as we are up and running i'll let you all know. Thanks for the awesome customer service you have showed us so far!
