    Hi,

I'm not sure if I understand your concern, could you please provide us more details of it?

Are you asking if what payment method you should use to purchase a subscription? You can either use Paypal or Credit. You can follow this guide on how to upgrade: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-upgrade-my-account.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Excuse me,

I am Brazilian, and created an app to provide repair services. I put the form of simple PayPal payment, but when I pay, I can not piecemeal in 2 times or 3vezes. Should use PayPal or PayPal Express Pro? Full payment undermines my trade.

    Help me

Not sure what you meant by "piecemeal in 2 times or 3vezes".

Would you like to set a form that will charge your customers periodically? Like a recurring payments? If that's the case, you might need to set subscriptions in your order form, here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/166-How-to-setup-a-recurring-payment-option

For the basic order form, here's a guide for that: https://www.jotform.com/help/165-Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form

To learn more about the payment integrations that we support, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

I hope that helps. If you are still having problems, could you share us the form URL you are referring to and please do provide us some more additional details.

    Thank you.

I translated "parcelado" and its "installments" in English.

So you would like to have an order form with payment installments, is that correct?

You can set up subscriptions in your Payment wizard for installments, here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/166-How-to-setup-a-recurring-payment-option

If you want your user to have an option to pay either using credit card OR Paypal, you can do that by setting up a "Paypal Pro". Please do take note that you'll need to have a Paypal Pro account. Check this guide to learn more the difference of regular Paypal and Paypal Pro: https://www.jotform.com/help/183-Difference-Between-PayPal-PayPal-Pro.

Consegui solucionar o problema.

    @paulodomingues

    Thanks for your reply.

I presume that part of your questions was resolved, or is everything got resolved by Paypal?

Your last question base on my understanding, you want Jotform Paypal that works specifically for Brazil? I'm not sure but I think the checkout language would help, so if there are any exemptions on this country from Paypal like taxes or charges, it should be applied once forwarded to the checkout page.
