    Thumbnails are not showing in PDF submissions on images with .tif file extension

    b) there is no thumbnails for the image files uploaded...

    Hi,

    I've checked your submissions and the thumbnails for the images with extension of .tif are the ones that are not showing. It seems like the thumbnail only works for the common image file types like .jpg, .png and .bmp.

    I'll forward this to our developers to have it checked and see if they can update or change this.

    We will update you on this thread when this has been implemented.

    Hello,

    Images with tif extension are not supported by most of the available software and standards. Unfortunately, they will have to be downloaded and viewed seperately.

    Understood. 

    So, I hope you will find a way to have tiff files thumbnails in the near future. 

    These pdfs are, someway, very helpful to our clients and to our production team.
