Is there a way to allow the person submitting the form to select which email or person they want to send it to?

I am trying to set up a marketing request form for our staff to send requests to and we have 2 marketing specialists so I would like to allow the option to send to specialist 1 or specialist 2.  
Is this possible?

Yes it is possible by using conditional emails, you can put the list of possible destination emails in a drop-down, create an notification emails then using conditions send the email based on the selection
