Sending Test Email to Multiple Recipients

Hi, I have followed the instruction for setting up emails and adding multiple recipients to receive the email (email addresses separated by comma and a space). I have two emails set up to receive responses but my test email tells me it has only gone to the first recipient. Both email addresses are Gmail. The first recipient (myself) has received the email every time it's tested, but I've tried with different second recipients and no one seems to be receiving it. Any help on resolving this would be great as I have several forms that are supposed to send to multiple recipients and I'm worried that it won't work.

    Hi,

The test email will always be sent to the default address associated with your account, no matter how it is set up or what addresses it is set to send to.

If you would like to test different addresses or multiple addresses, you would need to send a submission through the form itself.

I checked the notification you set up and it does look to be properly set up.  Send a submission through the form and both addresses should receive the notification.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
