I see in our log that a lot of emails had been sent to your 24 hour email (I believe that you will know which one I mean).
The other one for Lisa does not seem to have been sent so far, but that is OK, since this email template is conditional. This means that it should not be fired unless all conditions are met.
Based on that I presume that the issue is with the 24 hour email address. Since by our logs, the emails were sent to it properly, it means that you should check your spam, trash and bulk folders, but not only on your webmail account, but also on your email clients as well since either one of them could have caused the email to be seen a bad and result in such action.
