JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
Can you please give us a bit more details?
Since you say that the issue is with the upload field, can you tell us what is the form and what happens when you try to upload the file?
Also, where does this happen (in the form builder, over direct link, embedded on your website).
As much details as you can share will help us to find the issue faster and help you resolve it.
Ok, I'm an idiot! I was trying to upload a pdf to the form and inadvertently added teh file upload. So, scratch that request BUT, I used the PDF embedder and I linked a dropbox URL and now when I open the form to edit, it automatically goes tot he dropbox file. I can't make any changes to the form. I need to delete the link!!
How can I add a terms and conditions type form, without a URL? Thanks for your help. See form info below.
I have moved your question to a new thread and you will be answered here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/638302
