Why am I unable to reset my password?

    I am using forgot password option, but unfortunately i am not receiving any email from Jotform to reset password

    To my understanding you want to access your account but are not receiving the password after resetting it for your account so that you can log in.

    I checked your email listed above for "gaurav.narchal@ae.fcm.travel" and found you have 1 account under the username for "gauravnarchal" and another account which is a guest account but both are connected to the same email though.

    Anyhow, I don't currently see anything on our end blocking you from receiving our emails so you may want to check your spam folder to see if it ended up in there.
