Reactivating Account

    Hi,

    It says our subscription has expired. There is a reactivated button next to it.  I hit that.  Afterwards it brings me to the upgrade page where I upgrade.  It says that it has been upgraded, but on the billing page it still says that it still needs to be reactivated. Can you look into this for me?

    Hi,

    According to our logs, your subscription is active:

    As long as your payment details are up to date, you should be all set to be automatically billed in August 15th.  You should not need to do anything on your end.

    I am not sure why it is showing that it needs to be reactivated on your end.
