Is it possible to upload images to form on Android?

On Android the option is there, but it doesn't allow you to select images from the gallery. It will let me take a photo, but, it won't allow me to select a photo that is saved on the phone.

On apple devices it seems to be working fine.

It seems that Google removed the Gallery option from upload field menu on Android 4.4 and higher devices. Although, you should be still able to select stored images via Documents option.
