Why can't all my clients use the form?

I am still having issues.. some of my clients can use the form no problem.. Others can't..

Please help me fix this. I am using the free version now but as my business grows I may need to upgrade but not if I can't get this to work.

You have to be clear on what specifically is not working on your form.

Can you please tell us what is the specific problem some of your users had that they could not use the form?

I checked your website  and I can see you have embedded the form http://www.jotform.us/form/51595834946167   using its source code. 

I suggest you re-embed the form on your website and use instead its Iframe code 

Follow this user guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Make sure you clear first any remaining source code scripts on your website before you re-embed the form using its iframe code.

 

I test submitted the actual form http://www.jotform.us/form/51595834946167 and it work just fine.

They usually just have it sit there and not submit one waited 3 hours and finally had to shut it down and start ofer. Could it be the size of the form and the amount of information?

Can you please try first re-embedding the form http://www.jotform.us/form/51595834946167

 using its iframe code on your website.  

Observe if this makes any difference.
