Hi,
Here are the steps that I take to achieve the design of the form:
1. Arrange the fields.
2. Inject custom CSS code.
.form-line-column {
width: 50% !important;
}
To inject custom CSS code just follow the instructions provided in this article: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes.
