How to allow users to update from submission at a later date

I have several researchers who go out and collect information about various merchants I am studying.  I am looking for a tool that allows the assigned researcher to enter data.  Then be able to go back and add data as they do more research.  So I need a form that the researcher could enter data into; then come back later and answer more questions (and even edit old answers).  Most question are yes / no type or responses or a check-box (which of the following are correct ... etc.)

Then I get a spreadsheet that has a row for each merchant and each of the questions in the appropriate rows.

Can we use jot forms in this way and if so how would we go about that.

If we can not use JotForm; do you have any suggestions that might work.

    Thanks

    Hi Scott,

Yes you can use jotform to allow the end-users to update/edit the submitted form even at a later date.

Check the user guide on how to:
