I am not able to upgrade my account.

    When i am trying to upgrade my account from Free to premium its saying card decline. How to upgrade now. Please assist me with that, 

    each time its saying click upgrade buttom but when I am clicking that its not upgrading...

    Can you try clearing your browser cache and see if it will work now? If the issue still persists, can you provide to us what browser version and device you are using to upgrade? If you are using a PC, we recommend you to use Chrome or Firefox Browser to access our site and upgrade your account. May we also know what plan are you trying to Upgrade?

    I am using Chrome as well as fir fox .. I also tried in IE but its not working.

    I am trying to upgrade to premium account for monthly basis .... Even Its not giving me any option to enter detail of my card.

    Do you also own the account mukeshk2? If so, just to confirm the one you are trying to uprade is the account mukeshk2? May I know what are the steps you take to upgrade your account? Have you tried the steps provided in the screenshot below?

    yes i own that account. And I was working on the same..

    I wanted to pay for premium for one month ... not on economy.

     

    But its not working

    It looks like your card issuer declined the transaction. In this case, I would suggest changing your card on file by clicking the "Change Credit Card" button:
